A 13-lot lottery game
$begingroup$
A sports lottery game consists of $13$ games. For each game, there are three alternatives: team $A$ wins, team $B$ wins or both teams tie. Who wins the $13$ results. In addition, in each one of the $13$ games, you can make a simple game (mark only one of the three alternatives), or a double game (mark two among the three alternatives) or a triple play (you can mark the three alternatives). Of course you you will pay more if you play a double game and even more if you play a triple game. How many ways to fill the card exist if you only make one game triple and the rest simple games?
