Obtaining a regular expression from a finite state - machine?

I have a finite-state machine from which I want to write the final regular expression after removing all nodes from it. However, I find it difficult to do this because I do not know from where to start. Could you give me a hint how to remove the first node because I cannot myself understand how to do this -> there is connection from 0 to itself and from 3 to 0?
Thanks in advance!
