Best-response equivalence with 2x2 zero sum games
Prove that every nondegenerate 2x2 game that does not have identical
interests is best response equivalent in mixed strategies to a zero-sum game.
I saw this statement in Shapley's paper here at the bottom of page 6. Have been searching like a starving dog for the answer but just not getting it. I'd really really appreciate if someone could help.
Nondegenerate just means invertible.
