Skilangläufer (Skating) bei Einsiedeln Skilanglauf zur Entspannung und Erholung Skilanglauf ist eine nordische Wintersportart, bei der man auf Ski nicht nur hangabwärts gleitet, sondern sich durch Rückstoß auch horizontal oder bergauf auf dem Schnee bewegt. Meist werden speziell präparierte Loipen benutzt. Skilanglauf gilt als gesundheitlich empfehlenswerte Sportart, da fast alle Muskelgruppen betätigt werden. Mit dem Skilanglauf verwandte Sportarten sind Biathlon, Nordische Kombination, Ski-Orientierungslauf, Rollski, Nordic Blading und Nordic Walking. Als Leistungssport ist Langlauf bei Zuschauern sehr populär. Die wichtigsten Wettbewerbe im Skilanglauf werden vom Weltverband FIS organisiert. This is all I could come up with and to be honest, I am not too happy with it, because I feel like I have basically chosen something that will only give the answer I want.
