Should i pay team members or make them business partners
In our startup we have a basic system that generate income... in order to grow we have to develop this system.
Now i'm the only employe in the company, and i'm looking to hire people for marketing... of course hiring super star marketers will require lot of money.
Now the question is should i hire and pay the employes from the money that the business has generated, or look for business partners with good marketing skills and pay them something like 10% from our net income
