don't know what to do
I need some advice; I have been working for the same company for 20 year and my boss promised to give me a raise (3) but nerve didn't. Make a long story short; I apply for a new job and got it! So, why do I feel guilty about leaving? I need more money and I deserve better but I hate to leave them hang! My new job is with the same company but in a differ department. My old boss is sneaking; who knows what she will do! It will feel weird to not be with my team or, at my old desk.
I know this all sound crazy but this is the way I feel.
