$$f(a,b):=sum_{(k,l)inmathbb{Z}^2, lne0}frac{1}{(2 i k a pi +
l b) (2 i (k - l) a pi + l b)}$$



In general, I do not know many strategies for solving double summations. How could I proceed in this situation?
