Retaliation for L &I claim
I submitted a L&I claim for sick pay and salary issues.Since filing claim there has been constant retaliation.Finally it caused a nervous breakdown and I am now on medical leave .I have filed a retaliation claim with L & I. My employer has banned me from facility while on medical leave. Is this legal since I need access to other employees to prove my retaliation claim?
