How to do something good in workplace?

When I was in school.I saw a to many children in my age who do work hard in the garbage bin to finding thing and sell it.My heart was very broken to see that types of children.And now i become a Master now i also see the small children on garbage bin.My heart was broke to see that types of children and now i want to open that type of community were these small boy work properly and also do the study.Please give your good palaver that what i can do.
