Will a company change for the better once it’s acquired?
I may be moving to a new company and it has recently been acquired by another company.
The subsidiary company that I will join previously has some not so good reviews on glassdoor (although I do take that with a grain of salt). While the parent company that acquired it has quite an excellent track record.
Initially I was concerned about joining the subsidiary company but knowing that a more established company has acquired it, I wonder will the management / overall company culture of the parent company trickle down to the subsidiary company and in that way, I’d feel more secure as an employee?
