Parametric equations
$x=6cos t$
$y=12sin(2t)$
$0le tle 2pi$
The curve is symmetrical in the x axis and in the y axis.
Show that $$144int_{0}^{pi/2}cos(t)sin^2(t)mathrm dttag1$$
I can't seem to eliminate variables $x$ and $y$ to come to $144cos(t)sin^2(t)$
Integrating $(1)$ is not a problem, I don't need help in that.
